They take way to long, I made a mobile order and it took 25 minutes to get my order. Decide to give them a second chance, because the first time they were kinda busy, so I figured the second time It wouldn't take to long, I was wrong. It took 30 minutes to get my mobile order, and that time they didn't have a lot of people there.

My iced shaken expresso was half way full and I kindly asked instead to making a new one which they declined and instead added more ice. Horrible experience, they add more ice then coffee. What a rip off ! Old lady that works their is very rude to customers.

This would have been a terrible review if it wasn't for their excellent customer service. I came through the drive thru and order a English Breakfast latte and received a Earl Grey Latte. By the time I realized I was already home, so I drive back with a composed state of mind and informed the barista so they can be more careful or maybe learn the difference between a English breakfast latte and London fog. The employees were cool enough to change my order and give me the London fog. They didnt even question what was inside my cup or cared to inspect it. What I really enjoyed about this place is I didnt receive attitude or was ask a million questions. Excellent service! Keep it up!

I ordered my regular Venti green tea Frappuccino with a banana blended. But the girl placed a grande. When I got my order I got grande and told them I asked for a venti. They just said that I needed to change it on the app. Went back to the cashier wait on line for it. Changed my order and it took an extra 15 minutes for it to come out. Really???? For my other items got cold cause they couldn't remake my mistake order while I paid the difference? Other stores do that. Fixed that mistake right away so you don't wait a other extra 15 minutes for your oder to come out 😡😡😡😡😡. Been here for over 30 minutes now. I understand that they are busy. But it a remake that should come out faster 🤦🤦🤦

The wait is always so long and sometimes the drinks are not made the same as before. Same drink Venti iced caramel macchiato or to bitter or to sweet. Baristas need to make it right or manager's hire more people.
