Ordered a caramel macchiato I had a few mins before my bus had to rush too the station then was nothing in the coffee was not like Starbucks staff to not add the syrups or the drizzle

On a bus day out from Omagh this cafe was the main part of the tour for the 4 and 8 year old. After a 90 minute journey an oasis for the two children and myself. Just opposite the bus depot it is very handy and a large latte, tea, sausage bap,strawberry refresher, and small smoothie well prepared for the shopping mall at Castle Court.

We arrived fairly late in the day, exhausted after visiting Titanic Belfast. We were given a very warm welcome and the staff reopened the back section so that we could all sit down indoors. Highly recommended.

It was my first time at this Starbucks location. It is very well located, right in the heart oft city centre of Belfast.
This Starbucks is very spacious, long and it has a second space to the left.
The interior design is very neat, and is equipped with comfortable furniture.
It has some cool rope art work hanging from wall.
Staff was friendly, they let me borrow their usb charger to charge phone.
To drink, I had the dragon fruit coconut refresha . It was nice, and refreshing.
I will definitely go to this Starbucks location again when I visit Belfast again.

The lady manager of this Starbucks was so helpful and went above and beyond helping us get taxis to the ferry terminal in Belfast , she should be rewarded because she thaught nothing of her self and helped when she didn’t need to , a credit to Starbucks and people like her gives us hope for the future thank you

Huge space and very nice staff. It’s the usual Starbucks so on that front no disappointment. The shop is well located for a pre-bus coffee.

Coffee was lovely but some of the staff need to work on their customer service. I am partly deaf so can be hard to hear them even with my hear aid and the person making and giving out the drinks huffed when I couldn't hear them and asked them to repeat their question.
