i got here kinda late and i felt really bad but they got me my food quickly and it’s still as amazing as the first time i had them. i got the spinach and feta omelette and some cc pancakes to go! it’s well priced and wonderfully made :)

I like IHOP.
I see they changed their menu. So I tried this time a burger 🍔 BBQ.
Place: I went on weekend, it was so busy. I wait at the door 15 min.
Service: I could remove a star for the time waiting on the table too.
Food: The BBQ one, I loved, the onion rings, beef flavor, everything was perfect to me. This makes me think on not removing any star on this place.
In summary, It will be good to improve on customer service and time.

Ordered the omelet with shredded sharp cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, fruit and orange juice. Delicious. Also met a friend who just happened to come in alone after a fasting blood test so that made my visit even more pleasant.

Clean restaurant and staff seemed friendly. However, my order took a very long time to come out. I'm not one to expect my food to be rushed out of the kitchen because I know it has to be cooked. But when I'm sitting with four hungry kids for almost an hour waiting for my order, and people on two different tables (who come in more than 20 minutes after I have placed my order) get their orders over 15 minutes before mine even starts to "come out", it certainly does not look good.

Last 3/3 times ordering to-go and something has either been missing, wrong, or both. Somehow it's always my food, go figure. We enjoy IHOP and this one is close to my house but we will never return. I'll go to Bob Evans or drive to Aberdeen. 2 stars because my son's order was correct and complete this last time.

Well staffed but took approx 50 minutes for pancakes and an omelette.
Everything came warm - cold. Toast was more like a crouton. Son ate the pancakes because he was hungry, and I ate about 1/4 the omlette and no toast but staff didn’t seem phased.
Unfortunately will not be returning.

Very good experience. Haven’t been to an iHop in a while. And unlike the Parkville location, this Bel Air location is very clean, service is good and breakfast was fantastic.

Mothers Day very crowded,food was good!!! I was amazed and surprised when the bill arrived. We were charged $8.69 for one waffle nothing special no fruit,just a reg .waffle. The eggs,bacon and other items were charged separately. I did question the waitress was told that is what is charged for one waffle now. Things sure have changed. Oh well will stay away next Mothers Day. Will buy a box of mix make my own!!!!
