After waiting 30 minutes for our coffee, we asked what the hold-up was? Well they did make our coffee in a timely fashion, yet there was a communication breakdown in letting us know. The lady that we inquired our query as to the long wait responded, "I was wondering why you guys were just hanging out here?"
...Yes we were hanging out with no coffee in our hands...
They got our order wrong as it was. But they gave us fresh coffee with and extra hot chocolate for the kid.

Not all Starbucks are the same. As with everything else, it depends on the people that work there. The staff at this Starbucks is amazing. They are kind beyond measure and it always makes my day better to stop here. Every team member is awesome, as is the store manager as well. Thank you Starbucks next to Petco in the Canyon Place shopping center!!!

I absolutely love the Starbucks and they’re friendly staff! I call at least once a week to order my mom‘s coffee since there’s a language barrier for her. And ordering it online is hard since it’s A super customized drink. And they’re always so friendly about it! Greeted every time you go in stores kept very clean and well-maintained by far one of my favorite Starbucks!

My drink taste different most of the time. Occasionally it's made the right way but about half the time it taste watered-down. Going to Starbucks just puts me in a bad mood anymore.
