Wendy's

About once a week or so I take my Fiancée down to this location so she can get a Asiago Ranch Club. EVERY SINGLE TIME, we order it with no pickle because it has been on the sandwich repeatedly in the past.. When we request no pickles, immediately (instead of just adding no pickle on the ticket) the drive thru staff responds with "It does not come with pickle on it". Yet somehow, every single time (no exaggeration) it has pickle on it. This has been true for close to year now 🙄 I have told the staff this at the location while ordering the last 4 times in dealt about our experiences and frankly it's kind of ridiculous at this point. I have tried to call the location after our visits but they do not seem to answer the phone. Either make sure the employee's on the line actually know what condiments goes on which items or simply have the drive thru staff actually add customer requests (like no pickles) to the tickets. This time and going forward, I have and will continue to included a picture of the Wendy's Asiago Ranch Club that "does not come with pickles" and ordered with no pickles.. with pickles on it every visit.

The lady in the drive thru tonight around 8pm needs to chill out! She asks for my order so I begin with 2 baconators and 2 large fries and she sounds all in a hurry and says, "2 large fries, will that be everything?" I had 3 people to order for and this woman won't give me a second to say what we want! So I say, "no, 2 baconators" she takes off the fries and says, "I don't why I heard 2 fries." I said, "I did say 2 fries I just said 2 baconators first." Then she quickly says, "Is that everything?" I say, "No, I have one more person to order for." It was so awful! I felt so rushed and snapped at! I can't order for 3 people any faster! If she would slow down maybe she would get the order right the first time!
