Mcdonald's

Yesterday I went to this Mcdonalds and ordered lunch for 2 adults and I - 3 year old child. I ordered a hamburger happy meal and the 2 Cheeseburger meal large. I tried to also order a salad and was told they nolonger serve salads. They need to update their web page. When I got home we did not find the toy. I did not drive back and I honestly did not I t think of calling. Well here it is the very next morning I go back to purchase breakfast. While I was there i asked about the toy for my grandson (3 years old) I believe a very rude female supervisor got on the speaker and started to grill me like I was a thief. Do you have your receipt, did you call... I then told her that I would not argue over a toy that was owed to me. I honestly believe who ever was talking to me should have done it face to face not over a speaker system. Her actions were totally unacceptable an in appropriate. Maybe some real customer service training would possibly help her out. Now I will begin to choose another place to pickup breakfast and lunch.

The place was nice enough the service was OK. I went there because I went to the bank. McDonald's was the 1st hamburger place i ever went to. A cheeseburger was $.10. My favorite thing to eat were they French Fries. I don't how they did it but the middle of my hamburger was cold. I liked the Fish Sandwich but the price is insane not enough tartar sauce and if ask for more they charge you.

Not my place to eat but my kids loves mc donald . I usually use drive thru and mostly would be complicated or decline service due to that I'm causing traffic . I'm hearing impaired and so is my.children we d like to be equally the same as everyone to use drive thru , if only they d provide access for any disability to order then there will be no traffic it s not us causing traffic . However the staff there took our orders and had the patience and served us they were friendly id def go there again
