Applebee's

I went during happy hour from 3 PM - 5 PM. Only appetizers were half off. Service was good. The food was good. Only thing is remember to order all the appetizers you're going to get before 5 PM because if you order at 5 PM the appetizer will be full price. I've been there before where the waitress will let you know the time and this waiter didn't do that for us. When we received our checkI mentioned it to the waiter I noticed it's full price on my receipt because we had ordered a total of 5 and only 4 of those were half off and the last 5th one at regular price. The waiter Zack said that in order for the manager to change the price he/she would have to review the cameras. I just said whatever I'll pay full price. Lesson learned be aware of the time. Overall it was a good experience.

I recently placed an order for pick up because it’s easy to get your food and go, but at this Applebee’s the entire staff was fixated on the indining experience rather than any other customer coming to pick up food and even though my food was right in front of me, I couldn’t just grab my food and go so I screamed at the top of my lungs if there was anyone back there with me and no one answered so I had to go up to the bartender while he was simply trying to do his job and ask for his help, when finally an employee decided to come out from behind the kitchen to try to help me, but then the actual person in charge of to go orders was simply outside of the building on a FaceTime call instead of doing her job. This person was a female named Samantha and I will no longer be returning to this establishment ever again because I did not appreciate the lack of support from the employees.
