Kfc

This was an unplanned restroom stop while traveling home from a road trip. Nonetheless, I decided to order a couple of pieces of to-go chicken. Much to my delight, the chicken was pipping hot and freshly prepared. The manager even threw in a complimentary soft drink. Although I burned my fingers as I attempted to pick and eat on the road, the bird was pretty tasty.

First time I've ever eaten at KFC in my life and the Mac bowl was ok, typical fast food , so no complaints really. But where they excel at is customer service. All the ladies working there were friendly and courteous. Acknowledged every customer that came in and was just a pleasure to deal with, took their time explaining to customers about certain meals and such. To many times these days you get an attitude or like your a bother but these ladies were on it..left in a better mood then when I got there. Not many places in the industry are like that.

My food was made with love tonight. It made me feel all the right things that fried chicken should… as well as my sides a.k.a. potatoes that was mashed macaroni —-that was cheesy—- and a biscuit I was in the clouds. Thank you Lord for blessing us in Beaumont Texas on College Street where they KFC and a staff that knows how to do it right and the Lords way. Hallelujah thank you Lord

The previous reviews and those on yelp are somewhat unfair...The chicken that I ordered for takeaway was actually moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The place can appear unkempt, but not exactly a health violation. Service was polite and fast, it took 5 minutes. The sides and biscuits were also well prepared. I would recommend this place, and besides it's the closest option in Beaumont for KFC lovers
