Quite slow service but overall the food was good.

For a motorway service station, the overall experience was very similar to going to a restaurant in the town. Pleasantly surprised and pleased overall.
Staff did seem a little thin on the ground and overworked, but general service and attitude can't be faulted

Visited here today for some lunch during a University trip. We had to request our pizza's to be packed as we only had a small time frame before going back on the coach... honestly the staff especially one of the chefs were extremely kind and accommodating even though it was us that were rushing he made us feel so welcome and valued and helped in getting our food prepared and packed quickly, honestly would come back here just for the amazing, impeccable and warm customer service shown to us by all staff especially the young chef. So so impressed and if he sees this I would like to say a huge thank you to him for his kindness and superb customer service!! Would highly recommend visiting here, food was lovely but customer service was 💯💯💯

Stopped twice at this Pizza express on the way up and back. The manager and the staff are great. Very helpful and the food is good quality. Look forward to our next trip!
