Horrible customer service at this location. Ironically it’s not just one incident… there have been several. The waitress that answer the phones are horrible (amber). They don’t make you feel welcomed nor do they come across as excited to service you even though you are paying great money for their product.

Our server Amber was so sweet. She had a great conversation with my daughter. We were there for a dance convention. She got our food and drinks out right away. Had delicious fried pickles for appetizer. We were on a tight schedule. Food was excellent. Daughter had corn dogs and tatertots & I had mild Buffalo and lemon pepper wings.

I am very disappointed because this was one of my favorite go-to places. However, the last time we went their menu was cut down by 1/3 and everything that we asked for. They either were out of stock or they no longer sold. I won't be going back unless it's for chicken or shrimp because like I said when it comes down to everything else they didn't have it. So I will be looking for a new restaurant.

Look closely at the photo that I added. These are suppose to be sliders. As you can see this one large hamburger patty that was over cooked and burnt. Then broken up and placed on the slider. This was served to my wife. It smelled of burnt meat. This is the worst Hooters we have visited. The manager said it was their policy to make one large patty and break it up for the sliders. As we all know other Hooters have individual patties for the sliders, if they are short cutting this menu item. What else are they short cutting?
