Food:Bad. Service: Awful. Atmosphere: none whatsoever. Cleanliness: sickening. Hospitality in all: should never have been opened. Had a really bad, I mean awful experience here, I took my young nephew and niece here after his football game with there mum, all we ordered was 2 cheese sandwiches, 2 wraps and 2 waters making it around $45 which is high price for such low quality food. When asked for it to be toasted for the kids they sighed and did it, but didn’t tell us about the surcharge to just toast it. The wraps especially said they were Made with Turkish bread, some fancy cheese, a fancy chicken and avocado They then came to us after five minutes which I heard them discussing what to do as they were out of avocado. When they finally to us. I went up to counter to see what we could replace it with and the wraps were shocking just a smack to the face. It was coles brand wraps nothing Turkish or fancy about,, and after seeing how they set it up and the general service which was super poor I asked for a refund but only for the 2 wraps We had open the waters and the toasties were almost done so I didn’t want to make them refund stuff we already had cause that’s not fair. The lady said she had already made the wraps and was sick of giving refunds because they were out avocado all day. First of all you knew you were out but didn’t tell us, just to try and scam us out of some money Then tried guilt tripping me into still buying it I said I just wanted the refund and she had the Audacity to ask me what to do with the wraps I was honest and said throw them or eat them By this time my sister and her kids come up to the counter Some decent staff person had gone to the till while I was talking to the lady and gotten the refund for the wraps As we were going to leave, this lazy incompetent worker had the nerve to swear at me, a paying customer who just wanted what they paid for and not to be scammed. And in front of kids no less I took my nephews and nieces hands walking out of the place as I was too angry to respond, my sister was wise enough to grab toastier and tell the lady not to be so mean to her customers. We will never return here, will never recommend and honestly just tell people to stay away from a place that should never be open in the first place.
