Outstanding. We have just had, the BEST steak and frites, with the most humble and accommodating chef and front of house.
After running around the area desperate for a lovely meal and everywhere being closed, the chef came out to approach us and said we can take a seat and he would take care of us, even though they were closed for a private event. He gave us an intimate, private table just outside the garden, and we were given beautiful red wine and seriously, the most divine steak, cooked to perfection.
We will absolutely be back and recommend this restaurant to the highest degree. To the dedicated chef and welcoming front of house, we thank you. ♥️

Best steak I've had in my life, they were shut for a private event but still made us a little private table and we had the best meal in years. Cannot recommend this place enough, and to the staff thank you for saving our night!

Probably your best option for proper lunch on the east side of the town. Never fails me. Their take away menu also delicious.
