Tasty burgers made to order, efficient and friendly team, awesome selection of drinks with free refills. What more can one ask for... Seating/decor is in the usual Five Guys style i.e. diner, which isn't great for someone with back problems, but it's the standard for the type of establishment, so can't fault these guys specifically. Plus you can always order takeaway and sit somewhere else. Will be back for sure. And for burgers.

Had a few Five Guys burgers around the country. They never disappoint. Fresh, hot and perfectly cooked, the 5G recipe of to order cooking with what you want is great as you get exactly what you want. Having a bacon burger with everything makes for a heck of a marvelously messy mouthful. The Cajun chips are super tasty as is the Reese's peanut butter cups milkshake. Had to go for a walk after all this nosh. *****

Really nice experience. Five Guys Bath hit every single point from the customer interaction by the cashier to the food, seating cleanliness and general presentation of the business. A glowing representation of the brand. Although the ketchup had run out when I went to use it, it was magically full again about 15 minutes later when I tried again, showing that it's regularly checked or actioned when someone feeds back on it.
Will return for sure.

Five Guys are the best commercially available burgers imo and the rest have a lot of catching up to do. Yes you pay more but the quality of freshly cooked to order smash burgers is beyond compare. A bit of a wait compared to other chains but so worth it.
Its my favourite place when you want a moderately priced meal. We share a small fries (still plenty for two) and an unlimited drink, and always leave totally full and satisfied.
I love a Five Guys!

Possibly the best burger chain? I'm not in love with the way they do their chips but everyone else seems to be. My top tip is to choose the vegan sandwich - makes the best of their celebrated toppings and brings the eye-watering price of a meal here down a bit.

Very busy and had to wait about 10 minutes for available seating, great mixture of people from all walks of life and ages (5-95) which created a lovely respectful atmosphere.
A little pricey but great quality food making up for this, ours averaged £23 each for a double burger, fries and milkshake and is okay as a treat if your paying for your own but a bit much if I was to take my partner and kids I would expect to pay around £100 for four meals.
Go alone lol

Edit: added 3 new recent pictures!
The lotus milkshake was really good, bacon cheeseburger was loaded with cheese!:)

Food was pretty good, as usual for 5 Guys! Loved the drink selection, I dont get many chances to try new coke flavours in Italy so I was happy about that!!
Ngl tho I preferred the 5 Guys in Bristol, I think the burger was tastier, but this one in Bath was more loaded with ingredients! :)

Really impressed by the quality of their food! The burger was tasty - tomatoes and mushrooms - and really big, the chips are also great - i'll remember to ask for less salt on them next time.

I frequently walk past but have never been in a 5 Guy's. Today, it looked reasonably quiet, so I popped in.
It's is bright and spacious with comfortable seating and kept very clean and tidy. The toilets were also clean and tidy
I went for the Cheese and Bacon Burger with small Fries. Service was speedy and friendly, and I didn't have to wait long to have my order called.
Burger was tasty and filling, and there were plenty of fries that were nice.
I was pleased to see there didn't seem to be any plastic sachets in sight.
I am sure this place gets very busy at times, and although not cheap is reasonable value for money and the quality and quantity of food is good.
Pleaseantly surprised tbf, and there is plenty of outdoor seating out front for a sunny day, which would be lovely.

This isn’t the cheapest fast food place, but the quality is really worth the price. If you love big portion sizes, I would definitely recommend coming here - even the small fries was big enough for two people! We loved the vintage vibes as well which really added to the experience.

Finally we can go out for lunch!
So, I've had a chance to visit for the first time in Bath, I had opportunity to visit in Bristol and Oxford, our local Five Guys! And let me tell you I've not regret it!
Very smooth service, they've implemented procedures to maintain social distancing, so definitely it is the place you can visit safely. Outdoor seats available. Freshly prepared food, friendly service. Reasonably priced as well. So, that's all I need 😁.
I'll visit again soon! 5⭐

I’ve heard so many good words about it.... I can’t help myself visiting the store this Friday. It was not too crowded. There are five staff preparing food, making orders, calling orders... an organised team. The peanut is complementary and nice to have when you wait for the food. Toppings are all free(I like jalapeño peppers), the beef inside the burger are quality of food, it tasted really juicy. Not overcooked. The fries are extra loaded(I heard it’s their one nice tradition). Fries are lovely, chunky and crispy. Overall, I like to have this new addition in the Kingsmead squares area where might have a few best food stores in town. Check my other reviews to find more for Bath food. Please like my review if you find it helpful.
PS. Just around the corner, there’s the Schwartz Bros, I might prefer that one. I will leave you to judge :) Five guys has better chips, definitely.
