Returning to an old student haunt with friends.
Great to see local beers on tap and a wonderful variety of cans available too.
The seating outside was perfect for a summer’s day and it felt good to be back.
Frites shop across the way very kindly delivers the food to your seat at the Grapes. Excellent vibes, staff and drinks.
Nice little pub in the middle of Bath, good staff, warm and cosy on a rainy day!!

THE PLACE TO BE, to connect with Bath people! If you've ever watched US sitcom "Cheers", I liken Grapes to that - "Where everybody knows your name"!

1st time. Good vibes about the place. Staff were warm & welcoming. Hotchpotch of furniture but lends itself to the character of the place. Definitely will go back. Footnote, that cider is smooth as smooth, lovely.
Great selection of lagers, wonderful atmosphere. And a lovely man from upstairs came and gave us a few deliciously crispy roast potatoes for free, will definitely be coming again.
