Eat here pretty much once a week, always do me good and make me a good meal. Only had one bad pizza from here and that was years ago, they’ve improved a lot since then. Good spot.

Very friendly pizza and chippy restaurant on the Bristol to bath cycle path. Inside is very clean. Fish n chips are tasty; yes, I totally recommend it to friends and family.

Beautifully cooked when it came still piping hot. Very tasty. Not just a pizza place it does great fish and chips too. Great value for money.

Pizzarella is amazing and I will tell you why. Not only is the food to die for but the customer service is fantastic.
Ordered through just eat and when it was clear I had an issue with the order (just eat app said it had been delivered and that they had called me when they hadn't) I called Pizzarella to check.
The owner was baffled, said that the driver had picked up ages ago and that I should have the food. So with a lot texts flying between Just eat and I it looked like I wasnt getting my food.
Then Pizzarella called me to say they would cook me more food for free as long as I could get someone to pick it up (I'm home ill).
I cannot say how this made me feel. There are good people out there and one of them owns Pizzarella.
