Kfc

I only gave it one star because it was necessary to write this. I usually get a mystery box when I drive through. That’s because I have never gotten what I ordered. However, another more serious problem arose today when I ordered a chicken breast on Sunday afternoon after church. I was told at the window that it would take 15 minutes to cook a breast. I agreed thinking that sounded reasonable. So I pulled over and waited and much to my surprise, they didn’t inform me that they would be taking their break before cooking the breast. So the cook and worker took a smoke break outside the building. When 15 min passed, I pulled back around and they went inside and one came to the window and said it would be 10 minutes before it was done and to pull forward. Customers continued being waited on at the window. Finally after 15 more minutes I got my order. Of course the side wasn’t what I ordered, but I did get a breast that took 32 minutes to prepare.

I have to say this visit was the best I have had from KFC. It has been over 6 years since I have eaten from this brand. I have recently moved and thought I would try it again in a new state. 😅 I have to admit the service was very good and the food was actually cooked!! Everything was fresh and hot. I heard it's under new management... whatever it is... I'm sold on KFC again.

I ordered 8 PC with mashed potatoes, gravy, Cole slaw and Mac and cheese. I came home with no Mac and cheese enough potatoes for two person barely, gravy for six people, Cole slaw for one. The chicken was good. Tried to call and complain but would not answer phone. I have not been in several years because the chicken made me sick twice and now I will make my own chicken.
