Jimmy John’s always delivers to my family fast and efficiently! Today I decided to go in to pick up and I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, but the shift manager explained to me what happened and helped me out immediately. Always grateful for people like him and the other employees were friendly as well. Five stars.

Walked in Christmas Eve and asked for bread. Immediately met with an aggressive “we aren’t selling bread.” Must be a point of annoyance for the large manager because the conversation was nothing but confrontational from the start. I said I have never been told that JJs doesn’t sell bread. He continued to “educate” me on how he turns people away all the time stating, “that’s how life works. Sometimes you don’t get what you want.” I proceeded to remind the manager that he didn’t need to be rude to customers. What followed was a profanity filled rant. I honestly have never experienced such overtly poor customer service to the level that his employees appeared embarrassed themselves. From reading reviews it seems to be a pattern with this individual manager. I have already spoken with corporate leadership (unfortunate for him I know people at their corporate offices) regarding this store and filed a formal complaint. There are a lot of great businesses out there struggling right now and great people and places that warrant patronage. I highly encourage anyone considering this location to go elsewhere and hopefully corporate will get the idea about this manager and remove him from his position. Terrible manager, leadership, and overall human being.

I have ordered from this location for years but never will again. I placed an order for delivery and upon receiving the order, there was a rude note left by the delivery driver that he was unsatisfied with the tip that I gave him. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, who did not apologize nor did he offer to make amends in any way. When I asked for a refund as recompense for the driver’s rude actions, he quickly stated that they are running out of delivery drivers and at this rate they won’t have any left. He mumbled something about voiding the order before he hung up on me. Absolutely atrocious customer service on every front. This is not the first time that I have had a less than positive experience at this store, but it will definitely be the last.

October 2021 no indoor dining for some unknown reason that has nothing to do with any health mandates or company policy. It's dumb, you are a restaurant with tables. It's 55 degrees outside. Next time we will find a different place that allows us to sit and enjoy our meal.

Very rude, very snarkey over the phone
I clearly had a free mini sub on my phone app and was told that because it didn't come up with my phone number there was nothing he can do about it.
I ordered on line and I normally will tip in cash. But when I called the store because I noticed a delay on my order and I just called to replace the order I was asked to tip the driver.
I think its incredibly rude and a tip should be appreciated and not expected.
The entire situation was rude as I order from Jimmy hohns a few times a week.

Placed a mobile order and walked in to pick it up. Immediately met with hostility from the large gentleman cutting bread. He told me there is no mobile order under that name. I gave him the last name as he was walking away, instead of actually listening to me he continued to go back to his station and held his hand by his ear signaling for me to speak louder. He found the order using my last name and told me 20-30 minutes for the sandwich… I asked to clarify the 20-30 minutes and said that I would wait. I asked if it was a rough day to try and lighten the mood which he apparently took offense to and asked me if I was scared of him. I replied that I wasn’t and he continued to tell me I sounded scared and he continued to berate me the hole time. I could barely understand his rant because he was mumbling through his mask. I asked him to repeat himself and he said “nothing”. I was perplexed by what had just transpired and really in disbelief that any company or franchise would allow an employee to speak like this to customers. His coworker looked mortified at what was coming out of his mouth. Magically, he did find time to make my sandwich of liver the course of the 4 minute temper tantrum and I didn’t have to wait 20-30 minutes. If I didn’t promise my daughter JJ for lunch I would have gotten a refund and went somewhere else. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION.

My husband picked up dinner from there. When he got home and we opened our sandwiches, my 6 yr old started crying because they put mayo on hers, and my husband repeatedly said no mayo. I called and Manager admitted that he saw the employee add mayo. I asked for a refund of that sandwich and he said no because it was against his policy. They said I could go back and get a new one. I did not want to go back but because my child was crying, I went there to get the new one. While waiting there, the manager was rudely pointing at the "all sandwhiches come with mayo" sign, and I stated that my husband asked for no mayo and he even admitted that he knew that. I asked if they could remake my sandwhich as well, because by the time I got home, the bread would be soggy. He said only if i brought it with me. I wasn't even thinking of me at the time. I was trying to accommodate my child. Why did he not say that about the other sandwhich??? I asked him to reimburse the sandwich I went there to pick up because it was my gas and my dinner time with my family that was now interrupted, because he wouldn't just reimburse my money from the beginning. He said no because he already made another one (which was already made and sitting there. God only knows what he did to it.) I asked for my money back and left the sandwich there, and said i would rather take my business elsewhere. He responded with a rude, sarcastic tone "that sounds like great news to me". This manager make the Jimmy Johns corporation look bad. I highly recommend NEVER giving your business to this store.

Pretty Awful representation of Jimmy Johns in comparison to your normal Jimmy Johns. Out of the last 6 orders I placed only 1 has come 100% correct... I order the same thing everytime. The skip the mustard/mayo, they are always over 45 mins to an hour. Not the best place. Will be taking my business to Portillos or Subway.
