Papa Johns Pizza

The service was great. I called to place the order the lady on the other side of the phone knew my name even though I haven't ordered in about 2 years. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She provided directions to the physical store. When I arrived to pick up the employees inside greeted me and had my pizza hot and ready. The pizza as always yummy.

I used to order from this location all the time, and got tired of the slow service. I had moved away, and was I visiting family in Bastrop. I decided to order from here bc I love the pizza when it's hot why not give them one more chance. Mistake! Delivery was over an hour,p was cold, and had to wait forever on the phone. I thought since they have new trained management it might have been better. Not the case next time I'm visiting family we will go somewhere else.

Very poor service! I’m regretting to rate it as one star just to review! The guy behind the counter was rude and refused my method of payment by cash. With no explanation, just dirty looks and a strong creepy vibe. I was extremely uncomfortable.. I had to cancel my order and leave immediately. I will never go there ever again. At any location! No more papa johns

I got two pizzas, a x-large and a large. Costed right at 40.00. For 40.00 I expect a pretty dang good pizza! I got both made the same way. Pepperoni, beef and mushrooms. Got the pizza in about 20min. One of the pizzas didn't have mushrooms and neither one looked appetizing at all. There was spots all over the pizzas with no cheeze. I took the one with no mushrooms back to get them to make it correctly. The manager was respectful and had another made correctly to replace it and gave us the one that was made incorrect. Waited for the new one and gave my boys the other two. I get the pizza and head home. Got home and went to eat my pizza and the whole pizza was so doughy tasting I couldn't even eat but about half a piece without being so grossed out I couldn't eat it no more! Wasn't to pleasent of an experience!

Ordered pizza tonight online and it wasn't delivered on time according to the tracking. I called them and asked for the manager. She blamed the driver. She also admitted that they should have called me to tell me the order was going to be late. How was that the drivers fault. Sounds like poor management, not the driver. Update: they are still sitting on my money. I stopped payment. No pizza no money!
