It's a normal MC Donald's as much as the staff try to keep out the riff raff they still get in. Staff were very professional when 2 girls smeared their table with ketchup before they left (who does that?!) And cleaned it up with a smile 😊

It is located in the center of the Basingstoke town. Fantastic staff. Affordable prices menu

Realised that in most mcdonalds the first self service touch pads don’t have receipts so I ended up ordering twice on another pad, fortunately I was able to get a refund on one order. The amazing thing about McDonalds is that all food taste the same so it’s reliant wherever.

Normal McDonald's but this one has a big soft play area for the smaller kids. Menu as expected but now ordered by electronic device rather rhan face to face service slower than it used to be.

In my opinion the best one out of the three in Basingstoke. Good service, clean restaurant. Had soggy chips on one or two occasions but these were replaced with freshly cooked ones by staff so overall it's all great.

My grandchildren loved the play area and always enjoy the food. A good go-to place 😌

Food was hot which with McDonald’s that can be surprising, and very nice staff. However, it’s always busy inside and out.
