I was a regular customer when I lived in Basingstoke. I always enjoyed coming here, the staff were very kind, welcoming and always provided great service. The shop is in a great location right in the middle of the Festival Place which makes it really convenient. I would recommend!
I have been frequenting this cafe in Basingstoke for over ten years and find it friendly, welcoming and inclusive. I now have mobility problems, but staff invariably offer to help get my food to my chosen table. The food is delicious!
Over this summer I’ve found it very hot inside the coffee shop. As soon as you walk inside the heat hits you and I start sweating! Other coffee shops within festival place have better air conditioning. 5 stars as the staff have been fantastic for the years I’ve been a customers.
