It is called the Tipsy Trout. That alone is worth an extra star. The Elk Buger was top notch. However, I personally think they could greatly improve the fish Tacos. The coleslaw was weak. Frank's Sweet Asian Hot Sauce, mixed with some mayo and sour cream would take the coleslaw to another level. And... why not use some Ruby Trout sautéed in a "Frying Pan" to play on your location??

Great little spot by the river in Basalt. The food was quite delicious and service was great! They had great plant based options too! The ambiance outside is perfect for the views and the sounds of the river. Highly recommend.

Food was great we sad outside and enjoyed the creek side views. Basalt is a nice quaint town. The trout was great but the service could be better. Would definitely go back

Amazing trout!!! Wow so delicious, fresh and a large portion. It is also quite the place to go have a drink with friends. It's beautiful along the river out back. Good service. Highly recommend.
