Mcdonald's

Love this location because it's on my route to work and the orders are always right. The boy who takes orders late at night is also super friendly. However, for the past month, I haven't been able to get an order in due to "system outage" or some other excuse. I get that after 10pm is late, but to have the lights on just to pull up and hear "we can't take your order" 9 out of 10 times is infuriating. I haven't been able to get dinner here in a month! For a week we were told they couldn't take orders due to an "emergency situation". Maybe it's just me, but these "emergency situations" always occur when theres more than two cars in the drive thru. It's such a shame because it's my wifes favorite, and it's gotten to the point where we don't even bother pulling in anymore because more likely than not we will get turned away.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been. Food was way past the point of being remotely fresh. They screwed up the entire order. When we took our receipt to ask what happened they said "we ran out so we just gave you whatever." I didn't order that and should have been told before I was even made to pay. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Terrible, and the woman manager working at 1:40pm on Sunday, July 3rd treated the employees like they were useless. Makes them not want to work and my order got screwed up 3 times. Had to walk to the drive thru window as all the doors to the lobby were closed, and the maintenance man was ignoring me. I worked in fast food, i know its not the poor enployees fault, its the managers and owners. They are mean, crude and corrupted. Belittling employees is plain wrong and sick, never supporting this location again.

1) Signs state lobby was open, but was not 2) The guy who took my order could not have been any more rude until I engaged the girl handing out the food, who not only did not ever say a word to me but never even looked at me. 3) The food was someone elses order; Which meant I had to go into the store but the doors were locked. Went back to the drive thru window with wrong food and receipt... they handed me back the correct food... still without speaking a word to me. I will not be back to that location, ever.

I love goin to McDonald’s . The lady I think her name is Keisha but she always smiling and very fretting and her vibe is just so warm . She makes me feel very welcome and I love it . And she took my order and did it correct and every thing . She’s so friendly she make my day . She should def b a manager . THANKS MRS.KEISHA 🫶🏾

Acceptable food at reasonable prices. Free refills at the self service drink fountain. Plenty of outlets for charging phones and using laptops. Special chairs for babies. Clean bathrooms with baby changing tables. Play area for children is separated from the main dining hall and has it's own bathroom. It's got a modern feel and look.

It was very busy when I visited but the food was hot and the coffee was perfect and the workers efficient and genuinely friendly. I would highly recommend you visit and buy breakfast and hot coffee. Yummy! I felt like it was so good I could park next to the people waiting in the drive through line and eat loudly while relishing my food as they wait hungrily, but that would be mean and I don't do that kind of thing.

Drive thru 01/17/22: Ordered four breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns. Two of the sandwiches were wrong and never got the hash browns. Didn't realize my order was screwed up untill I got to my destination. Called to let them know and got hung up on. Went back there and the response was, "what do you want me to do" never got a refund or an apology. Not the first time my order was screwed up. I'll never go back there again.
