Wendy's

Really 2.5 stars .I went to get breakfast tn this morning for my wife and i.. we got the sausage egg Swiss. Croissants and they were pretty good. Their potatoes are awesome normally but they were not hot today , as well as my black coffee was nothing more than barely warm tea colored water with no flavor. Seems like they rinsed out the pot and gave me the water . Definitely not worth the money I paid . I would complain to owner/manager however I didn't even receive a receipt. A replacement would be nice ... attached is a photo of my brown water "coffee" ..notice it's not even close to black

I visit this location on 2-27-22, around 10:11 am The wait time was horrible the host was Kayla she had very poor customer service skills she wasn't customer friendly at all she wasn't apologetic for the wait time at all I has to greet her first which is totally unacceptable when I spending my money. I expect good customer service, she asked me to pull forward because they were cooking eggs, however she wasn't friendly nor to pleasant and when I did get my food the sandwich was hot but the potatoes were cold. Wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

The website says they close at 12 and they were closed at 10:45 on a Saturday night. This was very horrible. After 5 I think it’s ridiculous how fast food fast food workers treat their customers with no regard to being professional. I don’t care if it’s a fast food place I don’t care if it’s corporate if you have to deal with customers or employees you should treat them with 100% satisfaction it is now it was when we first pulled up it was 1036 we saw another car in line so we got back in line with the hopes of someone coming and taking that person‘s order then we can get our order nicks so we sit there and I had to say are you guys open and she says we closed like she had an attitude and I’m so darn sick and tired of the attitude from these fast food workers I know my review won’t make a difference in a don’t want make a break Wendy’s but I want you to know how I feel and I think it’s wrong so this is the this is the album Wendy’s on stage Road in Bartlett Tennessee thank you

I went to have lunch at wendy's today. Despite being short staffed and the ac not working. I have to say the the manager Raneisha needs a raise. She kept a upbeat attitude. Made sure the orders were correct. Kept a smile on her face & was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for making the wait n heat worth it with your amazing smile and attitude.

I’ll preface this by saying I love Wendy’s. Never really had a problem at any location… aaaaaaaaaand then I came to this one. I sat through the drive thru like for 35+ minutes not once, BUT TWICE. I decided to give them a chance after the first one but after the second time, I’m done. Not to mention, my wife also found a bread tie on her sandwich the last time she went. The staff never seems to care. Food is always lukewarm at best. I get that everyone is shortstaffed but wow, it’s non-stop at this location. If I had a dollar for every time I’ve been boned at this Wendy’s, I’d have $3. That’s $3 too many. I love Baconator’s but waiting in line for 30+ minutes? Naw, I’ll pass. This Wendy’s is horrid. Dave Thomas would be disappointed.
