Such a friendly guy at the drive thru last night. Even one hour before closing he was super polite, and happy to help with food for the whole family. Everything was done perfectly and he was a very pleasant person. I wish I had gotten his name to tell his employers what a great job he was doing but I was so hungry that I forgot to!

Always good. Food hot & fresh. People are always friendly. It was a assistant manager he was so nice and working to help out. I live in Millington and pass 2 Captain D to go here. Keep hot and fresh.

This Captain D's was outstanding! The restaurant was decorated beautifully and seemed so clean! The young man who took my order was so kind and helpful to me! I definitely want to go back to this Captain D's!

Food was hot the wait in the drive thru at lunch time was quick and customer service was on point..

This location, considered to be in Bartlett, usually has a clean lobby and restrooms. The staff seem polite and helpful, and the food is usually great. I have visited during a "rush" period and have seen the front counter get a little frazzled. I have gone out of my way to come to this Cpt D's just because, they usually have a better atmosphere, promptness of service with hot, fresh food.
