Ihop

Oh my goodness, this IHOP was incredible. I haven't had breakfast this good in forever. The pancakes are so light and flavorful, the hash-browns are perfectly crispy, and the service was fast and kind. We came in around 8-9 PM and got the best service I've seen in a while!! Our waitress with the hair buns is so pretty and sweet too 💗 I hope and pray that the staff has a wonderful summer!!! 💞💘💖💗💝💓

My family and I love IHOP, it’s one of our all time favorite breakfast places. We have yet to find many that wasn’t very appealing. My husband and I stopped in here and ate, the soda didn’t taste well at all. I’m one who usually has my picks and that’s what I stick with. So I had my New York cheesecake pancakes. They were okay to eat to the empty belly, but they were the worst pancakes I’ve ever had. My husband had the endless pancakes and he literally fell asleep waiting on his next order to come out. The new gentlemen on the floor who was still in training was really good, he was trying very hard to get it all down and he was on top of everything. He had our table busted before we even got our check. He even brought us to go drinks complimentary without us asking. We appreciated that. Our actual server, she was an older lady. At first I thought she was gonna be great, but as time went on and our wait for our drinks got longer I changed my mind. She I think had been working here for a while, she came off as the one who felt like her seniority give her the upper hand. You could catch the vibe that the other workers didn’t care for her because she seemed to be set in her ways and be a bit bossy. Almost like she tried to hard instead of making us feel comfortable and enjoying of our time. As always we tipped her and carried on with our way back to our motel. But even though I had free pancakes at my next visit by completely the survey on our recite we wasn’t going to be going back. The gentleman whom was in training was the only reason I give an extra star.

I went in late at night while a woman waited on her order and 3 more women walked in. They were black, I'm white. They were allowed to order while I was told they were closed by a bald heavyset Blackman with glasses. He told me to take my issue up with the manager if I have a problem with. It. There was full kitchen staff present. He refused me service blatantly based on race. I went to get fast food instead and came back exactly 30 minutes later to see all these women leaving with their orders. Why have a job if you're not doing it? They deserve termination.

I ordered online and went to the Sycamore View location to pick up my order. It was ready when it said it would be ready, no problems picking it up, in and out less than 5 minutes despite the lobby full of waiting customers. I highly recommend ordering online and going to pickup rather than ordering in the lobby of the restaurant! I've been told the latter is quicker but everytime I order there I spend atleast 45 minutes there!! Also the steak omelet I ordered was superb honestly I was impressed. They didn't send any syrup though and I had a short stack with my omelet☹ I had some at home anyway I assume someone got sidetracked and 4got bc the butter was there! I can't imagine an ihop would run out of syrup in any capacity lol!
