Five Guys

I’ve occasionally eaten at this Five Guys since I moved to Bartlett a few years ago. I agree that the food is overpriced but only slightly. You get a decent burger and great fries every time. This Five Guys is pretty consistent. I placed my order online this time and the online ordering works great! It’s one of the best I’ve used. On a side note, the owner should seriously consider raising their wages. The economy is heading for a serious crash and they advertise “$10-$13 an hour” like that’s supposed to be appealing. The employees can apply to Chic Fil A across the street and make nearly double. Just saying…

Burgers freshly made fresh off the grill, go in and get some free peanuts 🥜, while you wait on that delicious burger with all that juice and meat. Get weird and add grilled mushrooms etc like me 🤪. I love fries and be careful cause a regular is too much. I learned it the hard way. It's pricey to get full, but you'll get full for the price.

The burgers are over priced, but they do give you alot for your money. The fries are great! Fresh cut, my advice, get the smaller burger, you will be just as happy. The food is all in sight, made fresh to order. Free peanuts while you wait. The overall food Experience is good. I would recommend this to anyone.

Update: The corporate office reached out to me and refunded me the funds for my order. Really had my mouth set on Five Guys the day I went but when I got home with my burger it was completely raw in the inside. I immediately called the manager to inform him about the burger and that I am 6 months pregnant couldn’t eat my food. He informed me that I would receive a refund here it is almost two weeks later and I have yet to receive my refund.

I always call the store to order togo. Quick easy polite people. That has been replaced with an automated voice machine that takes your order. Its horrifically unuser friendly to the point I just said the hell with it. 7.25 is minimume wage for 72.50$ they could employ someone to answer the phone for 10 hours a day. As prices as the burgers are they would make that money in about 2 or 3 orders. Just seems like another corner cut to save a buck while screwing up customer experience. Burgers are great. Dont make it HARDER to order your product...

Great food, clean & kept up restaurant. Bright & cheerful when we walked in. They have a couple cases of free whole peanuts to munch on after we placed our order our food, which was different, & gave us something to do while we waited. I don't eat beef, but enjoyed their BLT sandwich. My family enjoyed their bacon burgers. And they don't play around with their fries! When we ordered a large fry to split, the portion was HUGE! So we took like half of them home & had them with lunch the next day. Only disappointment was 1) they forgot to put bacon on my husband's burger, but that easily resolved. 2) Not a lot of choices if you don't eat beef or meat in general. No veggie burgers, no chicken, turkey, or fish sandwiches. We will definitely be back though. 🙂
