Panda Express

Employees very nice. The discontinuance of actual sweet and sour sauce is the issue. We were told the packets provided in lieu of the restaurant creating it and serving it in small cups was the same, however it does not measure up. It is not the same. Panda Express just lost their edge above other restaurants serving a similar cuisine. We will be liking elsewhere.

This store steals money from customers! They asked if I wanted to donate, I told them NO THANK YOU cause the food is already too pricey, but they up charged to the nearest dollar against my will anyways. I called to suggest that they stop stealing and instead place a sign up to let customers know they can choose to donate, but was told it was their job to ask and get the up charged donation. Though the amount is under a dollar, its still stealing! I will be making proper complaints to proper agencies to make this theft stop!

Worst experience ever! I got the orange chicken and it tasted sour and super old! I also got the black pepper Angus steak( my favorite!) And it was burnt! The broccoli was even burnt! How do you burn broccoli??!? I got sweet fire chicken and it was okayish. The vegetables in the chow mein tasted rotten. This was horrible and I will not recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy

Service and management lacking. Have had multiple experiences where I’ve had to pull around and wait. Always having to wait double the wait time they have. This latest experience they said we had to wait for super greens and teriyaki chicken. After waiting 20 minutes instead of the 10 they initially told us, we went in and our food had been sitting on the counter except for Beijing beef. Which was not something that was “out” at the time of order.

If 0 stars was an option that is what I would chose. Everytime I come to the place the take forever, the lobby is closed “due to low staff” but have 8 people walking around the store doing nothing, food is always stale like it’s been there since the crack of dawn and I swear every single time, and I mean everytime I have come to this poorly ran establishment and ask for soy, I either a- never receive it or b- get 2 soy sauce packets for a family meal. I don’t quite understand the logic, is it something that I need to pay for after the first 2 or what? I feel that I could keep going on and on about the things I hate about this place. I will no longer return.
