Arby's

I would love to rate this Arby's much higher. However, due to dozen' and dozen's of times trying to order the buffalo sliders (which is suppose to come with Ranch on the slider), but not getting Ranch despite being told it would have Ranch... they will get one star. I called in to inform this store, and was told that they are putting Ranch on. Please see the attached photo proving they lied. Might be time to hire employee's who care to make food correctly.

I ordered an item on the menu... the associate informed me over the intercom that it was discontinued. I stated that I needed a few more minutes to decide. She asked how much time I needed. I said I wasn't sure, since the menu that was being displayed wasn't accurate. Obviously it was displaying items that were no longer available. The associate told me that I needed to hurry because others were waiting. There were no cars behind me, so I'm not sure who she was referencing. I decided to leave and drive to the other Arby's across town. They had the item I was wanting. Apparently it wasn't discontinued at that location.

Staff was great. Food was hot. The young lady at the register was fantastic. She got my very large and complicated order right in spite of being very busy with the drive thru and customers in the dining room. She was multi tasking and taking orders by memory. The kitchen staff was working fast without a lot of noise or chatter. Great service.

I decided to try that great big chicken sandwich that you advertise on TV and is shown in the picture on the sign at the Arby's. And I'm telling you that's the poorest excuse for a chicken sandwich I have ever seen. I'll not be ordering it again and I will make sure that the people I know are aware of it so they don't mistakenly buy one also.
