Applebee's

We stopped on our way home from Wasaga and even though it was a Friday night we got a table right away. The waitress we had was probably the best service I've had in awhile. She was so warm and friendly. The food was delicious. We started with cheese curds and waffle fry poutine. The curds were devoured in 5 minutes. Everyone really enjoyed their meal I had brisket tacos and they were one of the best tacos I've ever had. We will be back again for sure

If anyone from Applebee's reads this that jingle on tiktok made me want to come and try it out I'll be honest with you had to drive 45 minutes to get there. The jingle was in my head so we decided to go for a dinner with a friend I must admit I was very impressed with the service the food was very good as well. Except the pizza. The deep fried mozzarella sticks for your traditional Frozen deep fried mozzarella sticks. I tried the quesadilla burger oh my God it was fantastic but the only thing is it looks a lot bigger on the menu and when it came it was small. I asked for the side mac and cheese to be extra spicy and they did a very good job accommodating that. There was no Oreo to get my Oreo shake so I just got a chocolate shake. And I like I said the pizza shouldn't even be called pizza you could probably get frozen pizza at your supermarket and it'll taste better. Our waitress was fantastic can't get her name right now but she had red hair. Just wondering why there isn't more locations across Toronto

I was excited to find out there was an Applebee’s in Barrie. I brought my whole family for dinner. The four of us enjoyed the food at this location. Our appetizer was the white queso and chips. Mains for the kids were the chicken tender and cowboy burger. My wife had the BBQ brisket tacos substituted her side for the waffle poutine, and my meal was the bourbon street chicken & shrimp. Service was surprisingly fast for a busy dinner time. Our dessert was the dulce de Leche cheesecake, and triple chocolate meltdown; we didn’t get the white chocolate drizzled so it was only double chocolate. The bbq brisket tacos flavour was amazing !

My wife enjoys going to Applebee's as there isn't one where we live. They have a good variety of options and the food is pretty good. Portions are very generous; we had to pass on some appealing dessert options as we were so full from the shared appetizer and main course. Very friendly wait staff. Will definitely come here again.
