Nice little spot. Small, cozy, and eclectic this shop has amazing local favorites! Try their Maple Latte! Pricing is on par for average coffee houses in the area and the staff is very friendly. Linda is an amazing barista-rest assured if she’s the one pulling your shots you will get exceptional coffee!

Lovely place, great drinks. Owner/staff were wonderful. Update: after two years I still say it's been too long each time I go. Adam could win an award for his ability to craft the smoothest, well-balanced flat white I have ever had. I have also stepped out of my comfort zone and tried a few of his creative endeavours and nothing has disappointed. The Vanilla Lavender Tea Latte is amazing!

I went in to the Bean Counter to kill some time before an appointment and was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin-type thing. Both were delicious. The muffin wasn't overly sweet but had just the right amount of sweetness and a crunchy top. I have to say that the cappuccino was really the best I've had since moving to Barrie ten years ago. It was the perfect balance of good strong espresso and creamy milk. Most of the ones I get in Barrie are too weak or completely flavourless. And the staff and owner are very nice too.
