Hands down worst KFC in New England they never have anything apparently always out in all reality just to lazy to make it. Never received the right order always messed up. Never know when the place is open because they close randomly whenever they want. Not sure how this business is still a thing should shut down and put something there that is actually worth having in the area.

Stopped there around 3:00 PM on 4/17/22 for something quick to eat. The food was fine it was typical KFC. Listening to the foul mouthed female employee while my wife and I were eating lunch was ever so enjoyable. Between her and the store manager, we also got a good education on shop lifting. They both should be fired for their very inappropriate and loud conversations!!

Ethiopian sized chicken pieces 3 of them tiniest chicken thigh wing and drum I've ever seen .the day before they had no regular chicken and said 30 minutes until next was made...never going to eat there again

Nasty nasty nasty. Every time. I love KFC and keep trying my local store. Today Manager running the line: cold Chicken, no butter, cold potatoes, warm coleslaw, dish 3/4 full and thick dressing that tasted awful , no napkins.
One other time I called the Canadian co that owned it b/c our big bucket had no breasts and they would not make it right and were mean about it, No call back lol.always something missing, cookie, biscuit etc.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve never had an issue with KFC up until now. I went in today, the employees were rude and dirty. They weren’t wearing gloves or hair nets. I found hair in my food! The restaurant was even dirty! The drink machine hasn’t been cleaned in months as you can taste the build up in the drinks. I waited 30 minutes for my order and my food at that point looked unappetizing to the point I completely lost my entire appetite

If I could I would give them no stars due to the fact that I went at 7:30 pm and wants the Nashville tender meal and was told that they don't have any and that they are frozen mind you they don't close till 10 pm I was kind of frustrated and decided to to go elsewhere and not to mention that most of the staff members where sitting at a table in the store. Very unsatisfied and will never got there again..

Food itself was okay but they only have two people work at a time. Lobby is closed which is fine but the doors were unlocked so customers have no clue. The drive thru PA system is terrible, you can barely hear anything. And honestly the workers were kind of snarky and gave us weird looks. Definitely not my favorite KFC but atleast we didn’t get food poisoning.

They hardly have what I want to order specially the potpies last three times I've went they didn't have any chicken or it will take an hour to cook and the forth time we went finally got the chicken but it was undercooked and the biscuits were hard as a rock. This last time we went after giving it another try the chicken was cooked but it was gross the biscuits were fresh and soft but we ordered the meal where we got two large mash potato and they gave us only one small thing of gravey
