Have eaten here twice now within three days cos the food is that good. Great little place,with super friendly staff. Great menu with really tasty food. Wish they were closer to where I live as I would eat here every week.

Brilliant meal with fantastic service. Good to have some friendly banter from an experienced, friendly and attentive waitress. Cracking find, would definitely go back if I was in the area. The chilli and lime prawn starter was very good as where the BOGOF beef and chicken fajitas.

Really nice friendly family run environment. Had a stand alone bar as well as a Mexican restaurant.
Friendly staff and great service. If you are unsure of what to eat the staff will explain the different options available. My experience was the food was delicious.
There is access for wheelchairs. Not sure what the restrooms are like as didn't use them.

The staff are really nice and the Taco Tuesday is really good especially the beef with hard shells ..always enjoy the time i'm in Jalapenos Barnstable North Devon ..

Great place. Not a huge variety for vegetarians but we shared the veg platter and a halloumi starter, all of which was very nice. The lime margaritas are lush as was the brownie and salted caramel icecream. Friendly attentive staff and good value for money. Wouldn't want to sit near the top of the stairs again but will definitely be back.

Had visitors over Easter and where better to take them. My husband has an alcohol allergy and staff remembered this and checked all ingredients for the dishes he chose. This is especially important to us as some local restaurants have said they checked and then we have found out that they haven't so we have every confidence in Jalapenos. Food was amazing as usual and service 10/10.

Stopped in for late lunch. I am very critical of UK Mexican food being from close to the Mexican border originally. This place has the character excellent staff the girl here took good care of us nothing was too much. The food was very very good and wish it was closer to home. I would highly recommend.

Nice small quirky place. The staff were really friendly. The food tasted good and the portions were quite generous for the price.
The only suggested improvement would be to have a more varied menu for vegetarians

Great food. Great staff. Nice atmosphere. Hhighly recommend. One of our group doesn't handle spicy food but they were able to accommodate. wait staff were knowledgeable on the food and drink.
