Been a few times recently. Food is good and the staff are amazing. The only thing lacking is green veg on the Sunday roast.

Chilled atmosphere where everybody is welcome.
Comfortable feeling as soon as you walk in.
I haven't had food in about 5/6 years here, I'm sure it's a 10.
It's perfect for drinks between the two/three/four or more of you.
The staff are more than accommodating .

We visited for a special occasion Birthday tea for my son. There was 11 of us in total and we booked for 5pm. Food was average, the prawn skewer was dry and cold, we were fairly happy with the rest of the food. We spent well over £300 including drinks. At about 6.45pm we asked to order desserts for the 3 children we had with us ages 8, 7 and 5 to be told that we only had another 10 minutes at our table as it was required for another booking which we found bizarre as the area we were in was relatively empty. Hence had to rush the kids to eat their deserts. It certainly put a dampner on our evening and celebrations. I hope the reason we were rushed to leave was not because we had the children, as this is how we all felt due to the fact that their were many other tables empty.

Great food, freshly cooked to order, nice people, pub diner atmosphere. Very busy when we went, about 7pm, service was still prompt.
Of course, if it's busy, the food could take a little longer to come.

Really great I love how they have thatchers on tap yum also the Cajun wrap was really nice - would rename it to Cajun taco as a wrap is wrapped around but that’s me being picky

Great place! We had Szechuan pork skewers and they were beautiful! The meat was so tender and the sauce that came with it was so flavorful! Nice big portions.
