I went here last night and nobody was there. I still waiting almost 20 minutes for a hamburger, plus they are so rude. Then tonight I ordered DoorDash, I got my email and text message. My dasher called saying they never received my order and that they won’t give a refund. Awful place take it down and build something else better there.

They are good when you do drive thru but when it comes to their doordash. Its a 0 out of 10. They don't check to make sure everything is there. And the person had paid a lot of money just to get one thing out of their entire $12 order. And i called and the lady I talked to was very rude and unprofessional. You need to train your employees more or else there's gonna be a lot more negative reviews.

Absolutely deliciously made! Was passing thru, way better than either Griffin location! Crew was awesome. Went 7/2/22 around 350pm. Outstanding location!

This location generally gets the orders correct and get them out in a timely manner. The few issues I have ever had they got them straightened out real quick.

They are soo fast and they got my order right. Idk what the other reviews are saying but this might be the best Wendy’s I’ve went to. It took them 2 min max.

My order was totally wrong I just don’t think they pay any attention to what I said I ordered Diet Coke got regular and ice water got coke crispy chicken and got grilled large fries and got small OMG

fries were barely warm, I feel like that is a crime against fries. They also pushed back when asked for straws for frosties... yeah, i get theres a spoon in the bag, but a straw is necessary towards the second half of the frosty when it starts to melt. i was kind of surprised to get resistance about that. We also got the wrong sauces. if this team focused a little more, customer service would be better.
