Cracker Barrel never disappoints in the food department!! This maple bacon chicken is to die for!!! I hope its not a seasonal menu item & they keep it!! And the biscuits of course are probably my favorite along with some coca cola cake💕

Sat next to lattice which was filthy as was items hanging on Wall. Service was excellent. Ordered country fried steak which was a frozen preformed patty with a strange taste. Hash Brown casserole was good but such a little portion about 4 small bites. Server brought fresh gravy when she saw what I had been served.
Biscuits were flat and not what is usually served. Eggs were good as was the coffee. Not up to the standards I associate with this restaurant

I have very mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food and service are usually good, but the thing I take issue with is their pickup system refund policy. I don't want to get into my personal experience so just trust that it made me very angry/upset at the time so I must advise never ever order through pickup. Dine in always. It's a better restaurant when you eat in it, and I'm still giving it four stars because you'd usually dine in anyway.

Long long wait for the food to come out of the kitchen. Asked to talk to the manager and she came out and looked at us but did not come to the table. Once the food came out - it was great. I would have appreciated some attention from the manager on duty.

Went into to grab a blue cream soda while on the road to home in Henderson, KY. Was looking thru the gift shop seen some baby girl and boy outfits 70% off (this side only). So I pick out one baby girl outfit and one boy outfit from that side, proceeded to buy a pop it, and a cute butterfly wooden sculpture. Outfits rang up full price. I politely ask the cashier if I read the sign wrong bc those were 70% off. Long story, short.... they rang up full price, that is the only thing she was selling them as, and not going to look at sign or ask a manager. I politely told her I didn't want them, and they needed to take down the sign if they weren't going to honor it or take it into consideration. OK, WE MIGHT! Have a good night, said the cashier after I paid for my other two items and my blue cream soda.

Been here 2 times to take out food. Each time they got my order wrong. I did get the replacement both times. The last replacement our order was wrong again. I am so disappointed. I am not going back to this Cracker Barrel again. They not once got my order right. The eggs were over cooked and had egg shells in it.

Cracker barrels are just fun for the whole family and they have a large menu. This is one that we regularly eat at while in KY. There are others that we eat at along the trip from PA to KY and back again. We had Tiffany as a waitress and she was very attentive.
2022: Jennifer was a great waitress. Greens had a lot of country ham.
