Baraboo KFC knocked it out of the park!  This week, we ordered lunch for our Slumberland Distribution Center.  KFC went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready on time, tasted amazing, and was in easy to serve containers.  Everyone thought the food was incredible and served at the perfect temperature.  KFC also provided us with extra plates, napkins, and utensils, along with helping us load everything in the car.  We couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism and the outstanding service we received.  Thank you Baraboo KFC.  We look forward to ordering from you again soon!  Keep up the great work!

Ordered at the drive through, took my money and gave me drinks and forgot about me waiting and didn't even make my food. Had cars honking at me. I went inside to see what was going on and they ignored me the only customer at the counter for over 5 min. I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't without the receipt from my car. No explanation no apology, just giggling employees. Horrible service. I'd rate them lower if I could.

Wow service very outstanding came to buy some Milwaukee tools for carpentry at fleet farm n wanted to have a great dinner on the way home so yummy outstanding service got to come inside to get my order no masks there n I don't believe in that demo dogs stuff eather please stop by n I will be back around again to buy more power tools at fleet farm n stop for some yummy chicken as well

We don't eat here very often as it's not what it used to be. But yesterday a few of us wanted root beer floats so decided to go here. Upon arriving, a few people then decided they also wanted food so ordered food and drinks. After ordering a few items, they made me repeat my entire order. He had trouble multiple times with the order (it wasn't a difficult or large order). We didn't have to wait very long for our order, but everything we received was disgusting, which isn't unusual anymore for this place. The popcorn chicken was tiny, crisp pieces that were so old. The drinks (different kinds) were horrible. We threw the food and drinks out and ate elsewhere. For the price they charge, you'd expect decent food, but that is no longer the case here the past couple of years. We won't go back.
