Driftless Glen

Consistently good food and good service here. They have a fun cocktail menu. If you visit during nice weather that have a back patio which overlooks the river. It is such a beautiful and calm setting. We drive out of our way to visit here. It is our regular date night destination. We brought our children for lunch and had a great family meal too. I recommend the pretzel appetizer which comes with a cheese dip and a mustard dip. The burgers are good. I've had several things on their menu and they really do well with everything I've tried.

Very nice place! great tastings! the employees are super nice knowledgeable friendly! We tried a few different old fashions which were unbelievable! Did some tastings on the gin and bourbon and rye which were all very good. The Gin and the rye were a lot better than I've normally had before. They do tastings and tours and they have a huge selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars also which my wife really enjoyed!

We toured and did a tasting at Driftless Glen Distillery yesterday . What a GREAT PLACE ! Robert gave an excellent tour and informative tasting experience. The products are exceptional. My husband loved the Whiskey and enjoyed their Blackberry Old Fashion cocktail . We had lunch on the beautiful covered patio overlooking the river . The food was delicious, staff courteous and restaurant decor very inviting. I wish we lived closer, as this would absolutely be our regular place!

If you're in the area and don't visit the Driftless Glen you're missing out. You can tell that everyone who works at the Driftless Glen truly takes pride in what they do. Scott gave a great tour through the distillery and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. After the tour, Scott set up an enjoyable taste test of all the different Driftless Glen products. Our group finished off the day by trying all the great cocktails at the bar, with the Blackberry Old Fashioned being my personal favorite. I can safely say that the Driftless Glen was the highlight of our trip.

Cool place. I tried a quick sampler flight with single barrel eye, brandy(middle glass), and amazing s’mores shine. I was expecting a darker color on the brandy. You can definitely taste the barrel defects in the rye but it was a better rye than I’ve tasted in most distilleries. I’ll try the food next time as we were there for a quick mini golfing event featured by downtown baraboo.

Beautiful place! My husband and I stopped for a tour last week and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. We sat at the bar and had a drink while we waited for our tour time. The hostess and the bar tender were both very nice. Very interesting tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and really fun. Just a great guy to talk to. After the tour, you do a tasting with him of their different products and there wasn't one thing that we didn't like. We purchased the s'mores moonshine (delicious!!) and a shirt before leaving. It was kind of early, so we didn't eat, but everything we saw looked amazing. We are definitely continuing customers and will be back to the distillery in the future.
