it was one of the best meals I've ever had would I have it every day no as a treat for myself then yes

The staff went out their way to accommodate my allergies and being vegan they replaced the Sunday roast with haddock and my meal was delicious. The fact I left my purse at home with my card in didn't faze them and they were happy for me to come back and pay. Altogether a fabulous, stress free visit with a delicious Sunday dinner

My favourite pub in the area, great experience as usual, good food , excellent drinks.

First visit, liked the venue (and easy parking), staff very nice. Food fine, atmosphere difficult to decide given a quiet lunchtime, but will definitely go back one evening to check it out properly.

Really hot day so pub was deserted with everyone in the gardens. Friendly staff and good beers. Thumbs up for no Christmas booking information yet (far too early in September, though some pubs are already advertising). And also very low alcoholic beer on tap

No idea what's happened to this place. Used by be great. Now you wait for ages to be served, drinks order wrong (multi times) and staff have no urgency what so ever. Dirty tables just left. Once 5 stars now 2 due to decor

Love this pub, always worth the drive in from Sutton for relaxing evening wine & meal. Food delicious & staff so friendly. Massimo is especially welcoming 😊 Nice to see doggy customers too!

Popped in for something to eat before shopping. Waitress asked at time of ordering if either of us had any food allergies/intolerances and made thorough checks. Food came before our drinks order, waitress apologised and sorted immediately. Good selection of food & drinks. Was able to access as a wheelchair user (did not need toilet so not sure if adapted presumably there is)

The only remaining pub on the high street - I do like it here but feel it could always do a bit better in all areas. Food is nice, but a little pricey, even with the current state of affairs. Staff are polite but don't look happy, and I know it's had the reno but outside (mainly the rear) could be swept and looked a bit brighter. Won't stop me going but some room for improvement :)

Just love this place. As a local pub I don’t think you could beat it. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful outdoor seating and food is delicious. We love it so much we held our wedding here and it exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommend
