Subway

I had to toast my own sandwich at home because they shut the oven off before 6:30 when they started taking my order and then they didn't even have lettuce and told me that they couldn't give me lettuce because she was closing. So much for eating fresh. And having her belly button hanging out near my sandwich just didn't hit the spa if you want to look it up on your camera it is July first. 6.30 And I still left a dollar tip cuz I always left a tip no matter who's working.

Amazing Staff. I frequent this subway quite often (6 times a week if not more). When I walk in they know my order and my name. They keep it personal and it is such a great feeling to know that even though they may see 100 people in a day they remember their customers. To some its just a job but not for these guys. They give it their all and it shows in the quality of food and service. Phenomenal place.

WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER WENT TO. My boyfriend and I went In for lunch to get two 6”s and we went in with two coupons. We get our sandwiches made, and when we go to check out, he was very late to inform us that they do not take coupons anymore due to lack of service and money. There are no signs indicating that at all. And to top it off, both of our Italian herbs and cheese toasted breads were rock solid, making it very hard to chew. I will not be returning to this subway again.

They never have any sweet or unsweetened tea made, the don't have subway soups or cookies. The staff is slow. Ordered a foot long spicy toasted was left in the oven. And 2 customers sandwich he's were made before mine was touched. Which didn't happen until I asked where my sandwich was, girl looked confused and surprised and asked oh you wanted veggies in that. I replied umm yeah! And they allowed a customer to yell at me with profanities in front of my downs syndrome friend!!!!

As of March 2018, I won’t visit this Subway. Used to be great, but now management/staff has entirely turned over and is a total disaster. They also no longer honor any of the traditional Subway specials such as “Sub of the day.” I’ve given this location 3 tries in the past 2 months and the experience was worse each time. Save yourself the headache and visit one of the other Bangor-area Subway locations, I’d recommend the Brewer location for sure!

Went to get lunch during lunch hour today at the main street bangor location they told me they didnt have the bread I wanted for my sandwich even though I could see it on trays behind the girl. I then had to order a sandwich I really didnt want because of this issue. When it came time to get veggies the customer in front of me in line couldnt get the veggies they desired because they didnt have them. Also let me say that they had almost no veggie selection at all. When asked what was going on and why they didn't have what they should the excuse I got was a possible late delivery. The staff member I dealt with wouldn't really respond when i spoke to her about issues.This subway location always seems to have an issue at the store. I went in one day and they did not have stuff because all the fridges where broken from what I was told and the new shippment of food was outback rotting. This store should not be open if they do not have what they need to be running the place the right way.
