Dunkin'

Myself and a guest stopped at this location to get coffee on the road. My guest went in without a mask on and the employee, Hailey, was the one on duty to enforce the "wear a mask policy". She was so kind and professional about it, my guest said she didnt mind being kicked out! Hailey took her order and before she for to the car had the coffee delivered!!

The time I actually got to drink my coffee which is why they got 2 stars they didn't give me what I ordered yet again but atleast they were wearing their masks this time unlike the last 3 times in which I took video and had to have the walmart manager go and tell em to put it on ive wasted so much money having to throw my coffee out because they weren't wearing their masks and one of the girls were coughing ,im not to happy with dunkin at all

Really rude service, when I brought my drink back because they put too much ice in it (it was a cold brew and there was more ice than coffee) the guy behind the counter said it was store policy. Store policy is to put ice to the fill line for regular coffee but with cold brew it needs much less because it doesn’t melt the ice as regular coffee does. When I told him this he said he didn’t care and turned away. As I was sitting in the dining area sending in a complaint to corporate, I overheard him and his two coworkers laughing loudly saying they knew I’d complain as soon as I walked in.
