Very good fish & chips, affordable and worth visting. Staff was nice, easy to order. Good curry sauce.

Fantastic food! Fantastic atmosphere! (and the menu had loads of items.) I was a little dishearted by the owner and his chef getting annoyed at each other. It was apparent they were arguing about some orders that came in all at once, but who doesn't have a rough patch every once and a while whilst at work. Overall a 5 star experience, my wife's first fish and chips in the UK. We will be back for more!

I don't understand why this hasn't got a full 5 star rating because it should. If you are looking for a chip shop with sit down facility's this is the one to go to. The food is outstanding and value for money which is had to find these days. The customer service is outstanding very polite and professional. Parking is very close as well. You can't go wrong visiting the guys at Templetons.

The best chippy to sit and eat. When I go to a chippy I want 3 things hot food, full plate and good value for money. Templetons hits the spot every time. The staff are very friendly the food is cooked to order so is hot and fresh to the plate. I've had a few things from the menu and it's all been cooked very well. The dinning area has always looked clean and tidy. In my opinion it's the best place to go for a sit down chippy meal

Killer fish and chips. Huge portions, great chips, lush fish. Love their curry sauce. They've got dandelion and burdock. Nice staff, even when it's busy.
Lovely bacon rolls, they almost always use butter instead of margarine (I guess sometimes the butter runs out).
If you're going be careful because they do close at 5pm, most if not all days of the week, the time everyone finishes work hungry, dinner time, like they're allergic to money or something.

Absolute hidden gem!
I’ve tried all the chip shops in Bangor and this is most certainly the best. Delicious fish, succulent and the freshness is immense. Salty, fluffy and crispy chips, Every bite is delicious.
Owner/staff are very welcoming and delightful. Most definitely a 10/10 for me!
