There are too many choices,I have no ideas for my iced tea. The staff asked me about fruit tea,then she recommend mango and pineapple,that’s really great.

Great place. Very helpful sales assistant who gave me a sample of another tea while i was waiting for my ice tea. Her two coworkers however(one of them seemed to be the manager) were chatting between each other, answering phone calls and generally not paying attention to customer service at all.

Love this chain and usually get a tea every time I find one nearby. Popped into the Banff location today and the young gentleman who was helping me was sweet. However his fingernails were so full of dirt that it turned my stomach. Could not get past it so I left. 🤢

If you love tea and haven’t been to David’s, you should probably check it out! Huge selection of teas. Great customer service- they even gave us a few coupons for free teas next time since we were on our honeymoon!

It was my first time in a David's tea
After waiting in line behind some people I finally asked the person in front of me if this was where I ordered. That person pointed me to the employee behind the counter I had been standing across from. The woman working at the counter was quite rude. I asked for something without caffeine and she responded "well this is a tea shop"..yes.. obviously... I was particularly interested in the holiday teas. She was no help I had to look at the gift sets to find out which one I wanted. Being from Calgary I'm really disappointed in how unhelpful and rude she was. Luckily I wasn't visiting from far away or her attitude would have been a real damper on my vacation.
The tea I had was delicious though!
