The customer service is just excellent. They’ve gotten so good at recognizing me and knowing my order that most days I can just walk in and pay without saying anything! The guy who makes my Charli cold brews always does a great job and the sandwiches help me get through the day!

I love this location. They’re so quick with their mobile orders. I’ve ordered something just as I was parking and by the time I walked inside, my order was complete. Nothing bad to say about this location!

I forgot that I had a Dunkin’ Donuts account and some money left in it so I decided to take a chance with this location. The inside is quite small and quaint, the employees are quite mannered, and the amount of time waiting for your order is within expectations. However, make sure you get your order right - my last orders of coffee always leaves an acidic taste in my mouth (lol). Overall, this would be my spot for coffee and breakfast.
Update: I finally figured out my iced coffee situation. Bump up to 5 stars.

I prefer this Dunkin to the one on Charles. The staff is usually very friendly, orders made quickly and correctly. Usually I'll order on my phone while I'm about a block away, and my order is already waiting for me when I get there.

I work downtown so I come here all of the time. The cashiers are always nice, and my food is always cooked right. I get the Texas toast ham and cheese, and other places I have been, the bread is sometimes burned. But here it always tastes the same.
