Beautiful place, I came here with my Fiance and our grandmother, we got some coffees, cakes and wedges, the coffees were beautiful best we have had for a long time and my fiance is an avid coffee drinker but the cakes were a bit dry (id say they may have been old). The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.

My wife and I just moved to Ballarat from Melbourne, and I hadn’t expected to come across such an awesome cafe, let alone so near to home! Many Melburnian cafe owners could stand to learn a thing or two from the team here - service has always been excellent, coffee is on point, and the kitchen makes the best smashed avo I’ve had in a long time!

Bodega is stand alone when it comes to expectations. I was expecting, a coffee shop. Just a coffee shop. What I got was excellent service, tasty, out of the ordinary food and a coffee craving just from the aroma. The food looks amazing, tastes amazing and comes in a timely manner. The décor of the café is quiet, comfortable and something you'd like to replicate at home. The staff are extremely accommodating even with food allergies which other cafes sometimes struggle with. Nothing is too much trouble, if your needs aren't already anticipated, you just need to ask. Margie & Stace will see you right. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great job guys!

Was told this was voted best coffee in Ballarat... Wasn't that good. Food wise, for the price you pay you would think they would do more. I ordered a big Breakfast.... wasn't that big most of the plate was taken up with there Homemade beans, that weren't nice at all. Got 2 poached eggs on one piece of toast, one piece of bacon. 3 cherry tomatoes, and 4 slices of baby Mushrooms. Was told by many how good this place was.... Won't make an effort to go back again.
