Today Mauricio took my order, he don't care and don't know costumer service. When I asked from him to make me a new chicken and beans because I saw there is barley something there, so he tried to put me the left overs that left there and there is no chicken at all , I posted a picture. And I asked him are you serious? Only after i asked him if he serious so he asked the guy to make some. He don't really care about anyone there beside of his "friends". Terrible service

Me and my husband came to enjoy a nice simple lunch together and left completely disgusted! There was a roach dangling over our plates at the small table we were sitting at against the wall. We asked for a refund and was told there was absolutely no management on site that could assist us! We were sent to a different location to replace our meals. They actually have the nerve to have an A Grade in the window from the health department. Completely grossed out.

Daisy , I understand that I asked half and half , this is not the first time I'm asking half and half , I never get the small amount that you gave me , I told her that she put very small amount she told me that's the portion. I never got this small portion as she gave me an the attitude she gave me. It's not that the store is super busy , only one person behind me . And she rolling eyes on me . All this I'm writing mean while I'm waiting to pay, and there is another woman asking me to add to the review that she is waiting about 20 minutes for the weet pineapples .

Hello I was teying to get a nice meal, there was a very rude girl. I think her name is daisy. I dont think she having a good day. She have a lot of attitude. She is bot suppose to be there. Maybe to cook food , but no to interact with costumers. I got the meal and I got home got even more frustrated, if I knew that is gonna be the experience I wasn't buying from you. Terrible service.

I work in shafter, I ordered food before I clocked out, got to the store and food wasn’t ready. Pick up time was scheduled at 7:44 pm and I didn’t get my food until 8:26 pm. Cook stated he was on break which is why I couldn’t get my order, I don’t see how that’s my fault. The black shirt was over there talking with friends Instead of helping in kitchen and getting food cooked. Normally I don’t waste my time with this but the frustration was beyond any level. I’m surprised I kept my cool and didn’t go off, my time is important to me as to why I ordered 20 mins prior to even walking in

Horrible. They are usually good but my meat wasn't cooked my onions and mushrooms were raw i got a side of veggies and they were hard as a rock and all i got was 2 heads of broccoli for what 3 or 4 bucks whhhaatt??its hard to see in photo but the middle was bloody. It was more then it appears on photo. Really bummed hope i don't get sick. My husband said it wont hurt cause its beef, I hope he is right.
