Such an awesome experience. I've had the best burger , fries, and milkshake (salted Carmel and banana) in Bakersfield! The staff was amazing Carlos, James and The manager Billy 👏 keep up the great teamwork. I will definitely make this my new go to spot! You guys rock

Went to pick up my order and the large white man with glasses who works there has the nerve to hand me my food in my car then yank it out of my hands asking me to confirm that it’s my order, you literally walked to my car which is the same model and etc as I put in the website in the designated area, the only car there at the same time my order was ready, I’d like to be treated with respect not some criminal.

Solid burgers, but try the hot dogs they are no joke. If your crazy and they are not too busy, try the Durger half hot dog half hamburger. Below is a Durger without cheese.

The service is great. But the staff is overwhelmed. There is only 3 people working the front at the busiest time of day and a local event near by.
Please staff appropriately. A burger should not take 25+ mins.
The price is ridiculous.

The service was excellent. The hamburger you can tell was not one of those flat pieces of cardboard and some meat I'm not sure if it really is made there but it tasted like it was it was delicious. The price on the other hand OhLaLa it was a little expensive for my taste but I think it was worth it. Just stay once in a while Blue Moon place to eat.

Excellent customer service fantastic food! Fries are largest Amount ever and are equal to about 4 servings! They are delicious and heat up perfectly next day or two even!! Hamburgers are superb, my son will only eat these now and due to the distance, 30 minute drive from our house, I started buying 5 to last a few days for snack or dinner!! Price is fair and worth every penny! I ask for grilled onions and mushrooms and pickles to go for myself since I do t eat meat. Friendly, fast highest recommendation!!!!
