I went to this location in Panama lane. Came home and was eating and chewed on a bandaid. A DIRTY DUSGUSTING BANDAID. I called the store at 7pm and they said the SM was in break. It's now 8:30pm and still no call!! I called corporate they said they'd email me so I could send a pic of my receipt. Still nothing from them either. This is ridiculous. This is the nastiest thing I've ever been through but to not get a call from anyone. That's a slap in my face. Do better panda!!

I used to work at a panda and they tell you no matter what time it is, you have the big 5 out at all times. There was barely any food here an hour before closing. If this was my old location we would get in so much trouble. Understandable that it's late but as a business you need to make sure your customers don't leave upset. Only reason I come here is because my family likes panda. Do better

Awful waiting time for online orders. Been to this location multiple times & always have to order for pickup 20-30 minutes before heading here. Today like many other occasions for example, i placed my order at 3:15, app said it will be ready by 3:30. Arrived to restaurant at 3:50 & food still wasn't prepped for another 25 minutes

Server: Stephanie A. was the person who changed me for my food. She overcharged me a whole 12 dollars. She should only be able to charge people for the food they get. She be fired for overcharging people. She don’t know what I needed the money for. She is very wrong for that

Sonia and Diane were GREAT! This place was jammed with people on a Friday night and these 2 young ladies were calm, friendly, polite actually enjoying helping and serving customers! They made it worth waiting in line to order! Our food was hot, fresh and delicious! When I need my next Panda fix I'm going HERE!

I got overcharged one of the employees . A large entree only 6 something. They over charge people. If the employee is named Stephanie A. Make sure she does not overcharge you. She is not a good employee at all. She is robbing people out they money.

They try to do their best with the line. The food was good. Staff did their best to get people in and out.

The food was a little too cold and the orange chicken was dry and had no flavor. I asked for a sample of the new shrimp entry they had and was denied, not sure why. Every time they have a new item they let you sample it.
