Ruby Donut Shop

As a professional baker it’s hard to find donuts that knock me off my feet and Ruby Donuts makes me do the happy dance! I drive 40 minutes to get my fix! The yeast donuts have just the slightest and amazing outer crunch and most tender inside. Cake donuts are not heavy and dense. The old fashions are melt in your mouth! Bismarck’s! I love this place so much and their Thai tea is delicious!!!

Discovered Ruby Donuts for the first time today! This place beats ALL of the local chains. Great selection of donuts. All soft and baked fresh. Young man behind the counter was quiet, but was very polite. Great customer service. Used gloves to handle the donuts and removed them so we could pay. Support local business!

I drive 20m one way to get these donuts and there is about 10 donut shops between home and there. Their donuts are like a fried dough donuts. The bear claw, apple fritter, raspberry fritter, glazed, a crunch one (forgot the name and everyone else likes that one best), and the Boston cream are a must try. I didn't think in life there would ever be a donut shop I would even want to put in a review for or want to say these are the best donuts ever, because it is so cliche of a review, but honestly you are only wasting your time thinking others are better. The only disappointment is when you are out of donuts and realize you now have an addiction for their donuts and there is no professional help designated to helping you once you are addicted to them.

This place is the same as gourmet donuts Don't need to stop here I can tell by the photos and the price tag at a $1.59 a piece almost every donut shop that uses old school recipes such all purpose flour fresh eggs fresh everything like sourdough bread it takes time the price tag would be $3 -$4 starting and tastes delicious. Try using online recipes instead of Bake n Joy mixes.
