Little Caesars

I ordered two deep dish extra most bestest pizzas today. You would think that it will be easy right? Wrong… I get home and I’m ready to eat. I open the box and WOW I have the biggest hole ever in my pizza. Yeah I think if you are making pizza for a job, you would know when your putting the dame thing in the box some of the pizza is missing. The store on 107th Ave must have a new guy or gal, no judgment, working today. Just look at my pic’s. They tell the whole story. Someone should answer for this!!!

Whole new crew today I see!! What a difference. This store was super busy when I placed my order and again still when I picked up my order. The girl at the counter was polite and friendly. The staff in the back were on hustle duty and had style to boot! If you guys see this, keep up the good work! You’re doing awesome!!

So I had went to this little Caesars off of 107th Ave. and Thomas wanting to get some food for my children as I always stop at this little Caesars on my way home I wasn’t being greeted by this young lady I got her name off a receipt and I don’t know if it’s really her name but yeah Yadira shown here was very rude had a horrible attitude snatching my card from my hand when I asked Is she had a problem because she came out very rude and her being aggressive slamming stuff she had a horrible attitude and said yes I do have attitude because I’ve been here all day!! and I said can I have your name and she said no I don’t have to give you my name and I said well who’s your manager she said I am one of the managers and slammed a little window on me so I walked in I asked for someone else to speak to so I can get her information down she smirked and laughed as if everything was a joke it took a lot to not have my daughter or myself tell her off but lord if that her attitude why she even there or in a management position? I’ve been in management positions before and thats not how you treat any customers at all!!!

The Hot-N-Ready Pizza is king. You can’t beat it for $5. What’s great about this location is they have a drive thru - a drive thru, people! Keep in mind, this only for picking up orders or ordering Hot-N-Ready pizzas. Every Little Caesars has a “Pizza Portal” pickup tower, but not all of them have a drive thru. That’s what set’s this location apart.

I waited for my order and the lady at the register told me it would be 8 minutes, but 10 minutes passed and she wouldn't have checked unless I asked. Then I asked her since she said it was ready if she could get my order but she ignored me and served the people who just pulled up in the drive thru. I talked with manager Emanuel and he didn't apologize for her. Just rude service. In the back they were on their phones and hardly working.
