Went in for a couple shakes. After a ten minute wait I ordered and paid. Another five minutes, having been told, "Just hold up," I found out the machine was broken. Manager didn't know how to refund my card, but didn't have enough cash in the drawer. Another 10 minute wait... About what you'd expect from McDonald's.

Waited in line for 5 minutes behind customers, then another 5 when the worker ignored us to answer a phone call until the line grew long. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal, got not sauce no pickels. Soda machine was broken and only told after we had bought the meal and received it. Floor is filthy. Tripping hazards everywhere. I get this is just McDonald's, but this is seriously the worst customer service and cleanliness of any establishment I've been to .

I waited in line for 30 minuets by staff and I finally asked if they were taking orders only to find out that they were not, when I asked why they said they were behind and I said so after you're caught then will you and and I was told yes. I then asked how long and they didn't know. How unprofessional can you be to not tell customers your taking orders and just ignore them with the manager in the store being just as ignorant 😳😳😳! They just need to close that location and put something else in its place!

After 30 min I am still waiting for an order of large fries. Staff is busy not paying attention just talking. Line getting backed up. Only getting like 3 orders out is sad for a fast food restaurant.

Even though there was a small lining to drive through it moved pretty quick and overall was satisfied with my customer service

Every time I come into Walmart I think about getting something to eat from here but time and time again it has looked like someone's house after an frat party. Disgusting! Ketchup on the tables, food on the floor, bags from previous customers leaving their trash. This location will never get a dollar from me unless they replace their lazy careless employees.

Horrible service at McDonald's some guys with a durag on with airpods with a horrible attitude throwing fries in bag. Talking back to customer rolling his eyes when we order. Working night shift on a Sunday night.
